Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note that the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags and packaging intact.
All accessories must also be returned with the product.
Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Obtain Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number, which you must mark on the outside of the return package.
Prepare the Return Package: Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping. Be sure to include all original packaging and accessories.
Returning Goods: Please return the package to our designated return address (provided by our customer service team with the author’s authorization). Please keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Exchange Policy: If you receive a product that needs to be exchanged (e.g., the wrong size), please follow the return process described above. You can request an exchange when returning the original product; the new product will be processed upon receipt of the return.
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive the returned package and confirm it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method you used. Please note that banks or payment institutions may require additional processing time, which varies depending on the bank.
